Whether you are dating, preparing for marriage, have been married for decades, or in any stage in between, as an advanced-trained therapist in evidence-based Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), I can help you and your partner get unstuck and move toward a deeper and more meaningful connection with each other.
BETRAYAL TRAUMA
Learning that your partner has been unfaithful could be one of the most traumatic experiences in your life. It can feel like you are caught in an emotional tornado where the life of you and your family is violently tossed around. As a Certified Partner Trauma Therapist (CPTT) – Candidate, I have specialized training, not only to empathize with you but to help you process this difficult trauma to help bring healing to your soul.
GROUPS & WORKSHOPS
You are not alone! Though you might feel that no one can understand what you are going through, the reality is that you are not alone in your suffering. As an experienced group leader, teacher, presenter, and trainer, I bring a wealth of knowledge and ability to help you connect with others in receiving important, life-giving support from others who are experiencing similar struggles that you are going through.

Fees and Insurance
We do not work directly with any insurance companies. However, we can provide a monthly superbill, at the client’s request, which some insurance companies might reimburse (PPO). It is up to the client to inquire if their insurance company would reimburse them for the mental health counseling service.
Our standard fee is $160 per 50-minute session.
We accept all major credit cards.
Payment is made by the client on the day of the session.
